RUSKIN Park Primary School girls Jenna, Jenny and Anja were happy they could do their bit to support the community through a classroom project in December.
The op-shop project led them to volunteer at the Salvation Army sorting donated goods. After their experience they set up a stall selling cards, shortbread and gingerbread during lunch breaks at school.
All money raised was donated to the Brotherhood of St Laurence. The girls said they felt good after making the donation and volunteering their time at the Salvos.
