Yarra4Life: conservation efforts get $200,000 donation

07 Feb, 2012 03:00 AM
A $200,000 donation to conserve Yarra Valley wildlife habitats was presented to Yarra4Life in Healesville last week.

Yarra4Life is a joint project aimed at protecting and conserving threatened wildlife species such as the helmeted honeyeater and Leadbeater's possum. The money will go towards a wildlife biolink between Yellingbo Nature Conservation Reserve and Kurth Kiln Regional Park-Bunyip State Park.
