POLICE are frantically searching for a man believed to be armed who allegedly robbed the Dorset Gardens Hotel in Croydon this morning.
The critical incident response team, special operations group, dog squad, local police and the air wing are circling Currong Grove after reports two men stormed the venue just before 10am.

A man has been arrested and police are searching for another man who is wearing a white hooded top.
Traffic on Mount Dandenong Road has been blocked and police have urged everyone in the area to stay indoors.
They have also asked anyone who sees the man or someone matching his description not to approach him and to call triple-0 immediately.
