HUNDREDS of people turned up for Maroondah’s Australia Day festivities
at Ringwood Lake last Saturday, welcoming new citizens and celebrating
current ones.
The citizens of the year and other community awards were
announced and mayor Nora Lamont paid tribute to the winners.
