A 76-year-old man has been charged with rape following an alleged sexual assault at at the Centro shopping centre in Ringwood.
Police said the attack occurred when a man wrapped his arms around a 28-year-old woman on January 27.
On Saturday, police released security footage of a man they wanted to speak to regarding the incident.
The 76-year-old man, who is from Ringwood, has also been charged with indecent assault.
He was bailed to appear before the Melbourne Magistrates Court on February 8.
