Cooper, 5, and Ethan, 8, were happy to dig into some of the fresh fruit and vegetables that will be available at the Mt Evelyn affordable fruit market this Friday from 9.30am-1.30pm. It will be the first market of 2013, after a successful launch last year. It's on at the Mt Evelyn Scout Hall and will offer locals fresh foods at a third of the supermarket price — well worth the trip outside of Maroondah.
