A 76-year-old man charged with rape and indecent assault over the alleged attack of a 28-year-old woman at Ringwood shopping centre in January has been granted bail. On Friday, Albert Rose, of Ringwood, faced the Melbourne Magistrates Court, which was told he suffered from dementia. He was ordered to reappear before the court on May 3.
