Kilsyth MP David Hodgett has been promoted to the front bench after Premier Denis Napthine announced a new cabinet line-up last week. Mr Hodgett will now be Minister of Ports, Major Projects and Manufacturing. Bayswater MP Heidi Victoria has also been promoted, with her new role on the front bench covering arts, consumer affairs and women's affairs.
