Eight Maroondah community groups have received council grants for their activities.
Croydon North Veterans Football Club, Croydon Tennis Club, Radio Eastern FM, North Ringwood and Heathmont tennis clubs, Croydon Hills Scout Group and the Ringwood and Croydon bowling clubs were all successful in their grant applications. The council's $147,025 worth of grants are part of funding assistance for community groups in the 2012-13 budget.
