Yarra Ranges councillor Len Cox is celebrating 30 years representing the community as a councillor - and he's not finished yet.
The former mayor was presented with a framed certificate in recognition of his years of service at a council meeting last week. Cr Cox has been through 10 elections and is running again in next month's elections. "It has to be said that I think local government is the leading form of government," he said.
