Gino Barba, Ringwood North: Maroondah Highway being reduced down to two lanes. Leave it as it is. It’s useful and it will cause bottlenecks before Ringwood Street if they change it from three lanes down to two. It just doesn’t make sense.

Steve Raskovy, Ringwood: I think senior citizens, disabled people and RSL personnel are badly neglected and I think the council should do more about this issue.

Joe Licheri, Ringwood: I’d like to see the Maroondah Highway left the way it is, but a bridge built over the top — from the railway station into the shopping complex — will help people of our age group.

Brian Hobbs, Heathmont, President of the North Ringwood Senior Citizens: A sports club has been given millions of dollars. I’m not against sports clubs, but older people are not in a position to raise money.
